Pipe pens with 6,000' of fence, 1,030' bunk space and carrying
capacity of 1,500 yearlings is located 1/2 mile east of the Ft.
Sumner city limits. There is a 4-bay commodity barn,
processing barn and extra pens for special needs cattle or
horses. The 40 x 75 Quanset style Shop/barn also has
electricity for many uses. Fences are 5' tall; great height
for horses. There are 15 separate pens and processing barn is
usable as tack barn.
The 1986 Solitaire home is a beautiful 2,600 sf, 3 br, 2 ba and
has a large wood deck front porch and framed back porch. The
